From user’s point of view the program looks like a multi-window text editor, which allows to edit several scripts simultaneously and keep them ready for output. Alpha Pro 2.0 classical Windows program interface (shortcuts, hotkeys, etc.) and “What You See Is What You Get” (WYSIWYG) mode provide fast and easy mastering of its capacities by the user.

Title output can be done manually, or by generating a sequence of pages (GoTo Page window) and playing it out in a fully or partially automatic mode. Selected pages are highlighted in dark-blue in the list.

Vertical toolbar for style editing
Use any Windows fonts for the titles (Unicode supported). For frame formatting the principles of text and graphic editors are employed. You can choose a fragment of the text, down to a separate symbol, and change all its attributes: font, size, color, transparency, etc. A set of attributes can then be saved as a style. You are not limited by the amount of image layers in the frame composition.

For titles playout you can use over 300 effects, such as: Cut, Wipe, Fade In/Out, Vertical Roll, Horizontal Crawl, Reveal Up/Left, Slide, Zoom In/Out, etc. For each effect it is possible to define an area of its action in relation to the current content of the screen, as well as duration or speed of the effect and a delay during or after the execution of the effect.

To colour any page element you can use 16,7 million colours and 256 transparency gradations, random direction gradients, textures and images.
