TELE 2.2 broadcast automation application

Testimonials

Akatona Technologies have been working together with Stream Labs for more than a year. From the beginning our cooperation was excellent, better than with any other CG hardware supplier. The first steps of integration of their hardware with our IVS CG software were a really simple business, and Stream Labs boards worked perfectly from the start. Our IVS software is compatible with the 5 leading CG hardware for PC, but Stream Alpha Plus card is the best choice for Composite.

There are plenty of sound cards out there; you do not have to use the very latest and advanced model. You can also use the on-board sound card. Creative sound blasters and the like will work fine. Most importantly, check that the sound card does not have several Line In inputs, i.e. it has only ONE Line IN input, which is labeled so in Sound and Volume properties. Such (one) Line In input may not be available in more sophisticated sound cards, like Realtek High Definition Audio, which usually comes embedded on motherboard. In such case, this sound card has to be disabled in BIOS and a new, separate sound card must be installed. Sound cards with ADI High Definition Audio chip usually have one Line IN input.

It is important to note that TELE 2.2 cannot work with a standard sound card under MS Windows Vista Operating System. In this case, an extra sound module Stream Audio card must be purchased in addition to Stream ALPHA Plus PCI-E card.

Our software does not pose any specific requirements for computer video adapter. You can use any up-to-date adapter on PCI-Express bus. Either on-board VGA-adapter or a separate video card can be used. Please refrain from using the latest and greatest high-end VGA-adapters. For example, we were not able use Stream Alpha Plus PCI-E and ASUS EAX-7300 VGA-adapter in one computer. Perhaps, this happened due to the VGA-adapter drivers.
