Program interface

TELE 2.2 program main window

The main TELE 2.2 window contains the schedule, playback and control buttons, a preview window of a current clip with overlayed foreground composition and sound indicators, project tree and a protocol of performed operations window (below). The schedule contains a multi-coloured time column, a clip column with icons, a column of current schedule element duration with end of playback time indication, a foreground compositions column (Logo) and a Profile column for switching the external equipment (KRAMER switchers, some models of LES switchers, XDR-ES transcoders, DSC series on-air and studio mixers).

Clip editor window

When adding a clip to the media tree or to the schedule, a dialogue window for editing the clip parameters appears. The window allows to crop the clip to a specific duration by setting the entry and exit points, to customize  additional clip parameters, to make colour correction and to adjust the sound level.  For music clips there is an excellent option to set 4 text parameters for automatic display in the beginning and in the end of a clip (this function is supported only in TELE Info). In addition, there is an option to check the statistics of a clip playout in TELE 2.2.

Block editor window

TELE 2.2 allows to join often used video clips combinations into video blocks. There is an option to adjust the entry and exit points for each clip and to set transition effects  (gradient fade or mixing) between the clips. In addition, there is an option to set up secondary events for the video block - change of foreground composition parameters during video block output.

Logo editor window

Foreground compositions (logos) consist of static and dynamic images, analog and digital clocks, temperature meters, etc. These compositions are overlayed atop of clips or pass-through video signal as an additional layer. The following elements of foreground composition are available in TELE 2.2: static or dynamic text, digital and analog clocks, temperature meter, static or dynamic logo. Each object in a composition occupies a separate layer, which order can be changed. There are a lot more options of foreground composition available in TELE Info.

Rotation window

Objects of foreground composition (except Clock and Window) can be used in a rotation. This means, that at their output the system itself, according to specific rules, sets their values by certain variables. You can set the maximal number and duration of displays, date and time of the beginning and the end of a output of the given object, etc. It is important to note that it is possible to edit these values without stopping the process of their output on-air.

Text block editing window

TELE 2.2 program allows to create text blocks consisting of text lines, Alpha Pro 2.0 scripts (SC-files) and animation banners. In the list you can set the amount of the planned displays, speed of lines output and other parameters. An important property of these blocks is the option to include a Rotation mode for its elements. In this mode elements of the block are played by turns cyclically, filling up all time allocated in the schedule for this block.
