Clock output

Clock is an integral part of TV-channel design. Despite the fact that the clock output takes little airtime, its appearance at the beginning of newscast and other key channel events is considered to be a standard. The feature prepares the viewer for the upcoming channel event. This poses certain demands for the clock image output.

Clock design must match the look of the TV-channel. This means, that every channel must have its individual clock design, and there’s no “one-fit-all” clock face.

Our solution presents infinite freedom for unique channel style design, it saves server space and provides a prompt on-air clock output at any time. The system also performs sound output synchronized with video playout.

The application of “graphic frames” sequence for pointers display allows to create practically any possible clock appearance and fully imitate digital clocks with an option of additional graphic effects (ex. gradient fill, glare, etc.). Imagination is the only limit!

Along with the clock you can output bugs, animations, crawls, titles, etc. simultaneously.
