What problems can arise at the first program launch?

Attention! At the very first launch, you should start Alpha Pro application only (Start > Programs > Alpha Pro > Alpha Pro), do not load TELE at first application start. At the program first load (if Alpha Pro / TELE activation did not take place on current computer) the activation window will appear and the program will have to be activated (see Activation.pdf). If activation did not take place the program will not load. Each consecutive load attempt will start with activation dialog.

If the activation is successful Alpha Pro program will load, the video card will sound a click and the application window will appear on the screen.

If the above did not happen and instead, after successful activation:

1)    Mouse pointer appears busy, then normal again and the program does not load.

Make sure that the USB-key is inserted and its LED is on. Make sure that the USB-key number corresponds with the software version installed. This can happen when the USB-key number differs from the software version.

2)    An error “(0xc0000005) …” occurs.
