12. Appendix 3. Widgets

Widgets are the building blocks of workspaces and layouts in MultiProbe. Each widget serves a specific visualization or control purpose — from displaying alarm events and live video to charts, clocks, and navigation controls. Widgets are placed and configured using the workspace builder (see Section 6.2).

When adding a new widget, available widgets are grouped by category in the selection window. A detailed description of each group is provided in the corresponding section of this appendix.

Note

Some widgets depend on other widgets to function. For example, the Alarms table widget requires the Time range widget, plus additional widgets depending on its operating mode. These dependencies are described in the relevant sections.
