2.2 Installation Overview

MultiProbe is installed in the following sequence:

1. Install the Licensing Server on all servers
2. Install the Central Server software including the database
3. Install software on Monitoring Nodes:
   • Local installation of Stream Labs MP Probe Manager Service on each node
   • Remote installation of remaining services via the MultiProbe GUI
4. Verify the installation and perform initial configuration

Alternative: General Installer

Instead of installing services individually, you can use the General Installer — a single package that contains all components and supports Full, Aggregation Server, Node Server, and Custom installation modes.
