3.3 Working with Dropdown Lists

Dropdown lists work in the standard way — click to open the list and select an item.

Adding Items On the Fly

MultiProbe lets you add new entries to a dropdown list without leaving the current screen. This is especially useful when configuring objects with many related fields — instead of navigating away to create a reference entry first, you can create it right when you need it.

To add a new item, open the dropdown and click the + button (highlighted by the red arrow in the figure below).
