Software Installers and DEMO testing

We are using USB crypto keys ("dongles") to store software licenses. Please contact us, and we will send USB-key to you. After software purchase, we will remotely update the same dongle to permanent mode.
Please keep in mind, that dongles are not USB-flash drives, and contain only licenses, not software installers. To get software installer, please contact us.

Supported OS

For server applications:

  • Windows 10 x64 or newer
  • Windows Server 2009 Standart  or newer

For client applications:

  • Windows 8/8.1 x64
  • Windows 10 x64
  • Windows Server 2009 Standart  or newer

System requirements*

For better performance we highly recommend to use separate PC's for server and for client applications.

CPU: For recording server we recommend Core i7 or Xeon CPU with 4 cores or higher.
For transcoding, configuration should be calculated individually.

RAM: 1 GB RAM are necessary to Record 5 channels. 4 GB RAM or higher** is recommended.
It is important to use memory in multichannel mode (4 x 1GB or 2 x 2GB sticks, for example).

VGA: Any (discrete or integrated) with DirectX9 or higher support.

Network interface: For IP Streams we recommend to use the separate network interface.
Summary bitrate of all IP S treams should not exceed 300 Mb/s for one server.
We recommend to use professional network cards, Intel I350 for example.

Storage: We recommend to use RAID array for archive storage. RAID6 is preferable. Storage size in GB can be calculated using this formula: Q = 0.45 х U
where Q is necessary space for 1 hour record and U is traffic from one source in mbit/sec.

For example, you want to store one 10 mbit/sec stream for one month.
In this case, Q = 0.45 x 10 = 4.5 GB space are required for one hour record.
Then, 4.5 x 24 (hours) x 30 (days) = 3 240 GB = 3 TB 240 GB storage are required.

* provided recommendations are for informational purposes only, each configuration should be calculated individually.

** It is not recommended to record more than 60 channels on a single server.

Recommended Hardware

For SDI or Analog recording, MultiEncoder software are necessary.
For ASI recording, T2Mi splitter software are necessary.

We recommend to operate with this cards:

  • SD/HD/3G SDI ingest: MH4LM
  • Analog CVBS/VBS PAL/SECAM/NTSC ingest: MS416
  • DVB-ASI/SD-SDI/CVBS ingest: MS2/MS4
