AS-RUN Log
AS-RUN is an automatic log of the actual on-air broadcast. VPlay records every played schedule element with the exact start and end time. It is used for ad billing, reporting, and archive control.

For each played element, AS-RUN contains:

CSV
A flat table with a comma or semicolon delimiter. Convenient for importing into Excel and billing systems.
Integration with Billing Systems
VPlay supports a customizable AS-RUN template for compatibility with external systems. If your billing system requires a specific format, contact Stream Labs technical support (support@stream-labs.com) to set up the template.
Viewing AS-RUN in Channel Manager
View → AS-RUN Log opens the current log directly in the operator interface. You can filter by time, clip name, and status.
Daily archiving
We recommend saving AS-RUN files to a network folder with daily backups. The files are small (a few MB per day) and can be kept for several years.
